Approaching the purchase of a new car can be both an exciting and a daunting experience. The thrill of considering a new vehicle in which to commute, run errands, and simply let loose on the road of life can bring a lot of positive images and ideas to mind, but the high costs of automobiles means that there are typically financing considerations to be made before a new car or truck can be driven off the lot. Posted on February 12, 2009, under Car Reviews.

Car finance customers who have ever wished that Aston Martin would one day launch its cheapest, smallest and still the most enduring car around, then this year the Tooth Fairy came early. The V8 Vantage Coupe is the model with the highest volume that has been launched so far. The makers have launched such a model to vehemently compete with the Porsche 911, The Audi R8, The Carrera S, The BMW M6 and The Mercedes SL550. The hallmark about the car is that it still manages to stand out from all of them and appear as the showstopper. Lighter than the M6 and more dexterous than the SL, the V8 exemplifies panache coupled with elegance something that is unlike the macho R8 and the hardcore 911. Chattel mortgage and hire purchase also seems to be a fine option if vehicle is being used for business purposes. (more…)

2009 Jaguar XF First Steer Review

Posted on February 11, 2009, under Car Reviews.

The 2009 Jaguar XF First Steer has a streamlined sleek shape intended to be speedy and swift and has a lot of similarities to a coupe, especially from the rear and side angles. The curves given to the roadster particularly on the side of the window frames give it an elegant look. The vents are quite large in size and strike heavy resemblance to their counterparts from the XK coupe. The real mesh front grille comes across as a rioting foil to the one on the S-type, which is more retro in appearance. The key fob has a lovely shape and the car does not need a key to be driven around, unlike vintage cars. The start/stop button thumps a blood red colour which when pushed ignites the car and helps it rebel on the roads of Australia. Now if the initial description is making you think about a organising car finance by taking out a chattel mortgage, hire purchase or car lease to lay your hands on this, wait for more. It is going to get better. (more…)

Is now a good time to buy a car?

Posted on February 4, 2009, under About Me.

The answer is – YES.

Our personal opinion at Quantum Finance Solutions is that now is a great time to buy a vehicle. Furthermore, we believe that over the next coming months car prices will plunge further than what they already have and car finance will also become cheaper overall.  All indications show that prices will continue to drop for the most part of 2009. Apart from vehicle prices dropping, interest rates have dropped over the last couple of months and with the economic slowdown showing no improvement, we will most probably see further interest rate cuts in the New Year.
