Nissan will be launching the new GT-R Spec V as competition for the Nurburgring, an intention that Nissan has made clear even before the launch. Touted to be the first envoy of the light and extremely powerful GT-R, the Spec V is supposed to give Porsche plenty of woes. Initially one might be sketchy of the vehicle, but all the apprehensions will vanish in air once the person drives the vehicle. It is also said that Nissan has booted out two rear seats from the GT-R making it a two-seat roadster and also in the process knocking off a lot of weight. Fun is the experience while driving the new BMW Z4

It is being touted as the first roadster that has been made by legendary automobile maker BMW. The Z4 replaces its predecessor the Z4 coupe. The sheet metal in the latest offering is entirely novel and contains shoulder lines that are prominent. Every dimension of the car seems to be big. The length stands at 166 inches where as the height is 50 inches. The stats might be a little less than the 1-series convertible, but the overall packaging exceeds the BMW brand so far. (more…)

The Lagonda is back courtesy Aston Martin. When a car makes its return in the market and that too is lunched by a legendary automotive company, it ought to make news. The Lagonda has been brought back with a new concept model. Initially after the vehicle tasted failure, the re-launching has been done to generate more curiosity and buzz about the masterpiece crafted by the brand that even James Bond loves to drive. Chief Executive Ulrich Bez made a quote “An Aston Martin demands to be driven. As the global recession tightens the noose around Chrysler, Ford and General Motors, Toyota has fired another bullet into the cachets of the already wheezing US auto giants. Irreverent as ever Toyota, which has so far managed to escape the financial backslap rendered by fluctuating fortunes on the markets, albeit with scratches and bruises, has announced intentions to launch a hybrid electric in Australia based upon its iQ model which was recently launched in Japan.
